i.e. If l wear a size 10 in Old Navy jeans, what size would l wear in American Eagle jeans?l am having to order the jeans online so l would like some advice.

If I were you I would order a 10 and a 12. You can return the one that does not fit to an American Eagle store. I always get two sizes just to be sure.

i would go one size up, so a 12. i own all twelves from old navy and my american eagle jeans are a 14.
just to be sure though. american eagle has a sizing chart button next to the size when you go to pick it; measure your waist, hips, etc. with a tape measure.
